ON A PERSONAL NOTEMy husband successfully graduated from basic training!!!! I am so proud of my man, my man, my man for going through one of the toughest challenges someone can face in their life. He's now in Virginia and instead of having to work through that physical toughness, it's all about the intellectual now. 2 more months and we are off to Texas!!! I have officially gone home now (to Davenport, FL) and I opened up the month of July with a much-needed 3-day fast. I was praying and fasting for a few things and God brought me so much clarity and direction. But I think my biggest breakthrough in this fast was this vision the Lord showed me... I simply saw a seed put into the ground. And the Lord told me that for the plant to grow, it must burst through the shell of the seed. Can you imagine? If it could feel, it must be so painful. That’s what my healing journey has been like. This season has been very painful and hard. I mean, not easy at all 😅 and at times I’ve absolutely HATED IT… and I definitely haven't been perfect in it. But I have been and I am committed to it. And now a little leaf is coming out of the seed 🌱 Which means that even though it’s been painful, it’s been working. And if it’s working, I can keep going. And In due season? This little leaf will become a tree and I’ll become more of me (the me God created me to be). I am rejoicing!!!!!!!!!!! Whew! Thank you, Jesus 🥹 THINGS I’VE BEEN ENJOYINGNothing has really changed with this list except I added one more thing 👀 thanks to my gworl Avern!
