Hey Reader, Sis I hope you're well! Last week felt both productive and unproductive simultaneously, and I don’t know what to make of it. Lol, However on Wednesday we dropped a new YouTube video about Why You Hate Your Brand 😳👀 and I wanted to have this conversation because too many people don’t *actually* admit this to themselves. We kind of let ourselves live in denial of that truth and wonder why our brand doesn’t seem to be going and growing in the way that we hoped 🫤😕 anywho— if you feel like you know what? I kinda do hate my brand, then this video is for YOU! On another personal note, your girl is OOO all of this week because my husband is graduating from Basic Training The Lord is sooooo good and I am soooo proud of Him for doing one of the hardest things someone can ever undergo. I’ll be sharing parts of it on my stories and stuff so y'all can see what’s going on as our whole family travels up to South Carolina to celebrate his accomplishments! We (my momma, my daddy, my sister, my momma-in-love, and my brother-in-love) were on the road to my home in Central Florida this Sunday, but here's a brief itinerary... 📍 On Tuesday morning, we’ll head up to Fort Jackson and check into our airbnb 📍 The next day is family day so we’ll finally be able to see him and spend the entire day together!!!!!!!!! 📍 The day after (Thursday) is his official graduation day— He’ll officially be a U.S. Soldier and that same evening we’ll drive up to Virginia (just us two) so that he can start the second half of his training. 📍 On Friday, I’ll drive back down to South Carolina. 📍 and that Saturday we’ll make our way down to South Florida. It’s gonna be a lot of driving but a lot of celebration too so I genuinely cannot wait!!! Once I am back from being OOO, I’ll be using these next 2 months of my husband being away to really sit still and just be with God. Since he’s been gone, I’ve been staying at my parents house for weeks at a time to have family around me— but I think it’s time for it to just be myself and the Lord. And I am very excited for that. I am excited for more healing more transformation more preparation as we are nearing the move to Texas in September 😌 (I can’t wait) You know it’s this season is an interesting one. I feel so challenged on all sides and still feel like no momentum is happening. And it’s just an awkward position to sit in. However, I am choosing to remain content here and simply honor the process in this season. And I think that's a lesson many of you can walk away with. If God is currently dealing with you, sit in it. Embrace it. Find joy in it. Because the process has the lessons you'll need to learn for your next season. So that’s it y’all… How have you been doing the last few weeks??
